United CRB, a trading entity of United Medicare, provides an online CRB solution through e-Bulk, on a hosted basis to other Registered Bodies (RB) who process more than 2500 CRB Disclosure checks per annum. The solution has been developed entirely by the in-house technical team based in the UK. We do not use third party solutions nor do we manage or develop the solution outside the UK. The First POVA checks are promptly returned however I understand the CRB`s are longer with strict criteria having to be adhered to.
